These courses range from a few hours to multi month ones.

Finance for non-accounting managers
Gain a fundamental understanding of the finances of a business through its reporting. We will demystify the the jargon and focus on how to understand financial information to better understand your business and how you can affect it. This course is collaborative and engages managers so that they can apply what they are learning in their business.
Commercial Acumen for managers
This course starts with an overview of strategic planning and then helps managers make better decisions that align with this. Topics include cognitive bias, time value of money, writing simple but persuasive business cases and how to make decisions.
